Murphy Braden

I began my CrossFit journey in 2012. I became a Certified Level 1 CrossFit trainer in March of 2015.  I am also certified in Care and Prevention of Athletic Injuries since 2013. I played college football at Northeastern State University for three years while perusing my degree in Secondary Education. Coaching is my passion and I am lucky enough to do it for a living.  In addition to being a trainer at 918, I teach history and serve as the varsity football defensive coordinator, head varsity wrestling coach, as well as strength and conditioning coach at Memorial High School.  When working with athletes, my approach is simple.  Whether you are a beginner, experienced, or an athlete looking to improve your performance, I start where you are and develop a plan to reach your personal goals.
