At 918 CrossFit we offer a multitude of programs to get you healthy, strong, confident, and in the best shape of your life. We do suggest all new athletes take the Green Ramp Program to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit.
Green Ramp Program – $95 The “Green Ramp” is the personnel loading area at Pope Air Force Base in North Carolina. This is the place where paratroopers prepare themselves, put on their parachutes, and wait to board their plane for their next jump. Here the parachutes are checked twice, practice jumps are executed, and final adjustments are made before they are taken in flight. Our Green Ramp program closely mimics this process of testing, practicing, and perfecting before taking your newly learned skills and applying them in a class setting. We believe this is the safest, friendliest, and most effective way to get started with CrossFit.
Every Saturday at 10am 918 CrossFit offers a free introduction class. Once you have taken this class, we recommend the Green Ramp program. This consists of 2 weeks, 4 classes, in which you will safely and effectively progress through learning the Olympic Lifting and Gymnastics movements often included in CrossFit Workouts. After this, you will begin in the regularly scheduled WOD classes for two weeks.
Full Membership- $120.00 Monthly The core of CrossFit training is our Workout of the Day, or WOD, classes. We offer over 45 WOD classes per week, all lead by our coaches in a small-group setting. Our WOD classes consist of a stretch/warm-up, skill work and the WOD itself. WOD classes are available to all athletes who have successfully completed the Green Ramp Program. Your Full Membership also includes free nutrition advice, Olympic Lifting classes, and Yoga!
Competitive Membership – $25 Monthly This addition is for the athlete looking to maximize potential with more advanced training and specific competitive programming. Comp will incorporate a more periodized program with additional weightlifting, advanced gymnastics progressions, and other movements to help reach the next level. This membership will gain you access to the new Lifting Room, additional programming, and open gym time. Whether your goal is to compete or just to be the strongest, most fit version of yourself…Comp is for you.
Military, Firefighters, Law Enforcement, and Teachers-$95 per month
This includes all the same benefits of the Full Membership, and the benefits of looking even better both in and out of your uniform.
Weekend Membership-$69 per month
This includes WOD, Oly and Yoga classes on Friday, Saturday and Sunday only.
10 Visit punch Card-$125
Drop in-$20 per class
This is a great way to get a workout when you need it. If you travel a lot or cannot commit to a full membership, you can still come down to 918 CrossFit for one of our WOD classes. However, due to the intense nature of our workout, we highly recommend one of the more consistent memberships above.
If you are traveling in from out of town we will happily accept one of your local affiliate T-Shirts or you can buy one of ours in place of the drop-in fee!

918 CrossFit Endurance
CrossFit Endurance is our endurance sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness, and your endurance sports potential. We focus on eliminating unnecessary volume and injury, increasing intensity, improving recovery, and fine tuning run mechanics. Our design is to maximize you as an athlete and to elevate your fitness. Our next Goal Race will be the 2015 OKC Half and Full Marathon. There are plenty of races between now and then, various lengths, to fit your goals. Join us for our next session in January!
918 CrossFit offers month-to-month memberships and does not charge any application, process, cancellation or other service fee. There is, however, no opportunity to refund membership fees once the purchased timeframe has begun.
