Class Schedule

Please note that our Green Ramp program has changed to 10am on Saturdays.  The 11am class is a regular WOD class.  All new athletes must attend the Green Ramp Program prior to starting.

* Our Green Ramp program will spend time covering the 9 fundamental CrossFit movements and refining the basics.  We will end the class with a short WOD to show the intensity a CrossFit workout should bring!  This class is open to beginners and veterans wanting to perfect their skills!
