At 918 CrossFit, our goal is to assist members in achieving their highest potential as they grow to become confident individuals with a healthy lifestyle approach. We provide a unique environment in which anyone - teens and adults, athletes and non-athletes – can be comfortable while learning to build an active lifestyle. By teaching our members Crossfit movements and proper nutrition fundamentals, we are able to offer a distinct style of fitness training that can be scaled to any individual’s fitness level or unique circumstance. As fellow practitioners of Crossfit, we are constantly evolving – forever expanding our knowledge base and expertise in what we do.

 

Trainers

Harley Smith

Harley discovered CrossFit in 2009.  His combat military experience with the 82nd Airborne Division and background in personal training fit right in to the CrossFit world….both as an athlete and trainer.  Harley currently holds a Level 1 CrossFit certification as well as a CrossFit Olympic Lifting Certification.  He strives to create a safe environment for pushing limits and helping others to realize their full potential.

 

Emily Smith

Emily began her CrossFit journey in 2009. Her love for competive sports and camaraderie is what drew her to the sport. She currently holds a Level 1 CrossFit Certification and CrossFit Mobility Certification, in addition to her Yoga and Group Fitness certificates. Emily has been guiding people along their path for health and wellness for 7 years, currently teaching Yoga, Pilates, and Boot Camps in the Tulsa area. She believes in potential, no matter what your current fitness level.

 

Alton Wallace

Alton began her CrossFit journey in 2009. Her background as a high school and collegiate athlete and her competitive nature made CrossFit a perfect fit. She holds a Level 1 CrossFit Certification. Alton has been coaching and educating people and adolescents about the benefits of  being more active and healthy for many years. She is currently a middle school volleyball coach and has coached several 5K training programs through Fleet Feet of Tulsa as well as coordinated the CrossFit fitness/wellness program for her employer. Alton has been a member of the 918 CrossFit family since it opened in April 2011. Alton will go for her CrossFit Endurance Certification in May 2012.
