Grin and Bear It

Bear Complex

A full bear complex consists of a sequence of movements repeated 7 times (with no break) to create one Round…this round is repeated 5 times.  You will rest as much as needed between rounds, adding weight each round working toward your heaviest set on Round 5.  Starting weight will be (75/45#).
